Landmark Workplace Safety Case Court of Appeal: McCarthy v ISS Ireland and HSE

The  Plaintiff was employed as a cleaning supervisor at  University  Hospital Limerick . The Court of Appeal found that her employer  ISS was negligent in failing to provide a safe place of work.
